14 days to change your mind
We accept returns on all our apparel (*excludes sale items) within 14 days providing they are unworn and in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached. Within these 14 days, starting on the day of delivery, you can return your product without giving a reason. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
How to return your products?
If you want to return your order you can send it back to our return address. Your return shipment must always be registered in advance at hello@pierrremaastricht. Without pre-notification, to this e-mail address, we can unfortunately not handle your return. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only accept products in original and unworn condition. Products that are damaged, contain traces of use such as odors, are not accepted. The products must be carefully packed in the original packaging.
We recommend using a track & trace service. Always ask for a shipping receipt so you can keep an eye on the shipment. Pierre Maastricht is not liable for the loss or theft of your return shipment. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
In case you discover that on delivery the product you ordered is damaged, we ask you to report this within 24 hours. Send a mail to email@example.com with a photo of the defective product in the appendix. We will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem. After the 24-hour period, we can no longer be held responsible for defective products.
Sale items cannot be refunded. All sale/sample items are final sale and returns are not accepted, so please ensure that you have checked the size chart prior to placing your order. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
